The 90 Day Warranty provides both mechanical and structural coverage. The coverage will help with any new problems after the inspection is completed. There is no deductible. This coverage last for 90 days after the inspection OR 22 after closing date which ever comes later! Within the agreement below you find a specific list of what is covered in this warranty. If something is not listed below it will not be covered under this agreement.
