The chimney cap was rusting and needed a good coat of weather-resistant paint. Left untreated, this small detail can lead to full chimney repairs that run into the thousands.

🚰 3. Leaking Hall Bath Sink Faucet
Water was slowly dripping from the hall bath faucet. You might shrug that off—but even a slow leak can cause:
Mold and mildew
Cabinet damage
Higher water bills
I’ve seen this issue pop up a lot lately in Woodstock homes, especially when the home sat vacant for a while.
