Atlanta Home Inspector gives you a great tip to Protect your Future Investment

Did you know that an Atlanta Home Inspection can help you protect your future investment if the home owners are still living there?

The way this happens is when the owners still live in the house and you have the home inspection scheduled ask your home inspector to take pictures of anything “unique” in the home. Once there was a home owner that tried to switch out a really nice shower head and refrigerator out for cheaper ones. So if you communicate with your home inspector the items that are unique he can then add that into your report for security purposes and then take your report to your final walk through.  Also always go to the final walk through with your inspection report in hand.  If any major damage is located in the house, it will be noted in the report.  This is one of the instances that damage may have been done by the movers or the sellers when they were moving out and you’re left holding the rapair cost.

David Lelak, an Atlanta Home Inspector takes plenty of digital photographs, he may not include everyone in his report but he does average 30 to 40 photographs per inspection.
