Most of the time, the roof is the place that we have the most pictures during a home inspection in Atlanta, it is one of the places that is most often missed by other inspectors. Just recently a gentleman had a brand new roof installed, and even after 4 return trips the roofing contractor still has not gotten it repaired correctly. One would think that after the first trip or two, the ontractor would figure it out and get it right…. Well that is just not the case sometimes.
