<description>Dont forget that you wont need flood insurance for &quot;floods&quot; that can occur from within the walls of your home, such as a toilet, sink, bathtub that overflows, or a burst pipe. leaky appliance. Sewage and drain backup coverage is usually a separate rider, so always be sure ask about it. Water seepage into your basement may not be covered at all, since its a maintenance issue really.
