Atlanta home inspector encourages you to have that new roof checked

As an Atlanta home inspector I am amazed at how many roofing companies come out of the wood work after a hail storm.  We have been called by several clients to come out and do a final roof inspection before they do a final check.  There was one particular company that we had to go back several times, sometimes it is the little things that the roofing company thinks no one will notice.  This home owner was very happy that they decided to get a roof inspection done.  All roofing companies do not stack up the same.  One client wanted to know if this was all he got for his money after we did the inspection because it only had a couple of pictures in the roof inspection report.  He was concerned that he had paid us and we didn’t do a thorough job on inspecting his roof.  I was very happy to inform him, that not only did we look over his entire roof, but he had chosen a roofing company that did an outstanding job!!  That he should be very pleased with his report and with his decision to hire Dr. Roof.  We have started recommending Dr. Roof now personally to those friends that call us and ask about a roofing company.
